More About Me

I’m Arshi, a therapist with a trauma-aware and emotion-focused approach offering both offline and online consultations.
With over a year of experience, I have supported individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and grief. My practice is rooted in the belief that every emotional experience is deeply human. I offer a safe, client-centred space to explore inner wounds, relational patterns, identity, and non-clinical trauma histories. I see therapy not as a place to fix what’s broken, but to gently understand the layers of what it means to be human — with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

Outside therapy, I also work as a mental health speaker, advocate, and workshop facilitator, collaborating with schools, colleges, corporates, and NGOs to promote emotional literacy and wellbeing.

I do not provide clinical diagnoses or prescribe medication. I am not RCI-registered and refer psychiatric cases to licensed professionals.
